Ever try to find a pattern between something you do during the day, like caffeine or exercise, and the quality of #sleep at night? How would we power that experiment? I struggled myself (mghsleep.com/directors-blog…), so we built a free web-app to help: guidedselftesting.com.
This was a collaborative team effort from many individuals, and we hope this service helps to support our physicians - and most importantly, our patients - through gold standard diagnostic and treatment efforts by our sleep division.
